TECHNICAL PM FOR A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION IN LUGANO

Your mission will be to lead cloud migration projects, enhance technological capabilities, support software development teams, and boost the efficiency of our service centers.
Key Responsibilities Lead and execute infrastructure and cloud migration projects to improve technology capabilities for software development teams and customers, including cloud technologies, data center and infrastructure automation, middleware, and support for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS capabilities.
Guide development teams, driving deep dives into technology topics from analysis to architecture, development, and all the way through providing services to deliver working solutions to our customers.
Set up sound and efficient project governance, including management of finances, resources, timeline, and discussions to get buy-in from senior stakeholders, peers, and engineers.
Manage scope and quality in alignment with senior stakeholders, addressing risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, and remove blockers for the team.
Instruct and manage technical delivery teams to engineer and develop infrastructure services and solutions for the cloud.
Effectively communicate and manage customer and sales expectations, provide status information to senior stakeholders, and support our account and sales teams along the project implementation.
Requirements Degree in technology or business (or equivalent).
10 years of Project Management experience, preferably with PM certification.
Experience with cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and cloud migrations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira) and DevOps is a plus.
Required languages.
English B2, italian is a plus Salary.
We offer an interesting salary with a permanent Swiss contract Work location.
Lugano, partially in SmartWorking from Switzerland Pre-requisites.
you must be in possession of a work permit valid for Swiss territory or have the nationality of a European nation.
