We are looking for a Pre Sales Technical role that will work in the specific solution/technology area of Microsoft.
The person will be the subject matter expert working internally/externally with the partner base and sales organisation on defining less complex solutions and projects for partners.
Main Responsibilities.
Ability to work with sales team to support the design and configuration of vendor solutions Use internal and vendor tools to generate accurate bill of materials on a timely basis Respond quickly to queries or customer care issues Educate internal and external audiences about products/Technologies Understanding and application of vendor promotions Knowledge Skills and Experience 2-3 years experience Relevant experience in Microsoft is ideal Italian fluent; English conversational Effective communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, priority management and planning skills.
IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Competition and End User is desirable What do we offer.
