We’re looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our Architecture and Design team, which defines the standards and guidelines shaping the future of Tetra Pak’s customer-facing digital solutions.

The position is permanent and can be based in Lund, Sweden or Modena, Italy.
What you will do As a Technical Product Owner, you’ll take end-to-end responsibility for creating Automation and Digital solutions for our customers.
You’ll work closely with both business stakeholders and agile development teams to drive product development and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
You’ll be part of a cross-functional team of Technical Product Owners, System and Solution Architects, and Lead UX Researchers, based in Italy and Sweden.
Together, we refine business requirements into actionable development plans, optimize solutions for cost, security, quality, and speed, and stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Main responsibilities.
Align Automation and Digital infrastructure, architecture and UX with key stakeholders across the company.
Ensure consistent evolution aligned with industry trends and competitive analysis.
Identify, propose, and drive early innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Business Owners and Program Managers to define product components, technologies and roadmaps that drive customer satisfaction.
Work closely with architects and other functions to identify and agree on architecture, interfaces, and integration.
Gather and manage stakeholder, customer, and consumer requirements; define epics, features, and acceptance criteria.
Lead technical documentation efforts We believe you have 5+ years of experience with a strong technical background in Automation & Digital, focusing on product definition and architecture.
Solid understanding of industrial cybersecurity, and modern infrastructure practices.
Proven track record as a Technical Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment.
Strong communication and influencing skills across cultural boundaries.
Ability to engage with senior leaders and contribute to strategic discussions.
Experience of agile methodology for software development Fluency in English, verbal and written is a must Master’s degree in engineering or computer science   Bonus Points Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and industrial automation.
Familiarity with containerized development and Kubernetes Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Hands-on software development and deployment experience.
