Explore how we are creating the future of mobility and join our team of enthusiastic professionals as Test & Commissioning Technician, Bologna Your role As a Test & Commissioning Technician you will execute test and commissioning activities on field in support to one or several Projects.
Main responsibilities Execute testing activities.
in support to one or several Projects on railway signalling systems under the direction of his / her hierarchy according to the testing procedure / documentation and following Subsystem T&C Engineer a/o Leader instructions Ensure defects identification and correction (trouble shooting) Check that the test tools are in perfect working order and calibrated.
Replace defective equipment and ensure its repair in accordance with the procedures in force In the event of a non-conformity observed during the commissioning phase, make a return experience (REX) towards the project, and ensure that all design related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools, including the defect description and associated test context Deliver the committed performance in terms of Quality, Costs and Deadlines and in compliance with Alstom policies, local standards, and regulations (EHS and Railway Safety) Qualifications Technical bachelor's degree in electronics or electricity or equivalent experience in a function in the industrial environment Previous T&C or Maintenance experience for Railway Signaling is an asset.
Team working/problem solving/networking attitudes Available to travelling all around Italy - 90% of the time 90% of working time on field Flexibility for turn over day/night and weekend when needed You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
