Job Description If you are passionate about applied engineering, simulation, and the development of concrete solutions in testing, this internship will allow you to work on a challenging, high-impact project, in direct contact with the heart of Bosch Rexroth’s innovation.
Within the Research & Development team, you will participate in the design and implementation of new instrumentation for accelerated testing of electric motors (DC/AC) intended for advanced industrial applications.
What you will concretely do.
Study the main construction and functional parameters of electric motors, identifying the critical variables for our applications and for accelerated validation.
Contribute to the multidisciplinary modeling of the test bench (using tools such as Amesim), developing simulations of test cycles based on customer requirements and performance/durability targets.
Collaborate in defining the layout of the actual test bench, selecting and sizing components such as sensors, actuators, dynamic loads, cooling systems, and data acquisition devices.
Support the creation of a first single-station prototype, with the goal of later extending it to a multi-station layout.

Qualifications Ideal profile.
Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or related fields (e.
., Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering).
Basic knowledge of simulation software, such as Amesim, Ansys, or equivalent tools.
Interest in industrial and mobile applications, with curiosity about the real operation of systems and tested components.
Hands-on approach, actively contributing to the construction and installation of test equipment and systems in an R&D context.
Proactive attitude, practical problem-solving orientation, and eagerness to learn through direct experience.
