TRIAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST BABY SPINACH AND CHARD ITALY (FOGGIA)

This is a full time and permanent position, based in Foggia, Italy.
Key Duties.
-Establish product performance trials to determine the added value of new varieties.
-Collect, analyze, and report quantitative and qualitative data from trials.
-Support the Product Manager and Breeding Department by establishing research trials and proposing PLC advancements.
Key Responsibilities.
-Manage and conduct field trials for baby spinach and chard in Italy.
-Design, execute, collect data, analyze, and report trial plans using tools like Mercado.
-Collaborate with the Customer Team for Baby Spinach and Chard in the EU/Oceania region.
-Provide high-level product information and growing advice.
-Design and improve trial protocols to ensure quality trial plans, data quality, and completeness.
-Prepare for elevation meetings and successful product introductions.
-Collaborate with Account Managers, Technical Sales Representatives, and Agents.
