Responsabilità.
La persona lavora come advisor occupandosi della gestione dei clienti e del marketing.
La risorsa selezionata avrà il compito di.
-gestire le richieste dei consumatori finali, fornendo assistenza all'acquisto, promuovendo prodotti e offrendo supporto tecnico di primo livello e gestione dei lead provenienti dai canali web, come il sito aziendale e i social media; -dare seguito alle richieste inserite dai privati nei canali di contatto e ricontattare gli stessi in base alle loro manifestazioni di interesse, fornendo supporto nella scelta dei prodotti principalmente tramite attività telefonica.
Il/la candidato/a ideale sarà responsabile di gestire le richieste dei clienti in modo efficace e professionale, fornendo consulenza e supporto su prodotti e servizi.
Sarà in grado di comprendere le esigenze dei clienti e offrire soluzioni personalizzate per garantire un'esperienza positiva.
La sua attitudine proattiva e orientata ai risultati gli consentirà di raggiungere e superare costantemente gli obiettivi prefissati.
Viene richiesto forte orientamento al cliente e la capacità di lavorare per obiettivi.
