Job Description Role Overview As a Bar Waiter/Waitress at Delano Dubai, you will be an integral part of our vibrant and sophisticated bar experience.
You will deliver exceptional service with style and professionalism, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable time with us.

Key Responsibilities.
Guest Service.
Welcome guests warmly, take drink and snack orders accurately, and ensure timely service with attention to detail and a personal touch.
Beverage Knowledge.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our bar menu, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, to confidently offer recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
Order Coordination.
Work closely with the bar team to ensure precise and prompt preparation and delivery of beverages.
Presentation Standards.
Serve all drinks and snacks according to brand standards, maintaining consistency, elegance, and flair in presentation.
Guest Interaction.
Build rapport with guests, anticipate their needs, and handle any concerns or special requests with grace and professionalism.
Cleanliness & Setup.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas before, during, and after service.
Collaboration.
Support your team during busy periods and contribute to a smooth and efficient service flow throughout the bar operation.
Qualifications Luxury Experience.
You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment - luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, or exclusive beach club, showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
Exceptional Skills.
Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
Operational Knowledge.
You’re proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
Educational Background.
A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
