Ofera suport in desfasurarea activitatilor economice intra-grup Atribuțiile și responsabilitățile specifice postului.
Responsabil cu emiterea facturilor intra-grup; Responsabil cu procesul de trimitere a facturilor; Responsabil cu procesul de printare a facturilor; Arhivare a documentatiei in SAP; Pregatirea atasamentelor pentru facturi; Cunoaște și răspunde de aplicarea procedurilor interne, interdepartamentale, publicate în SOCOS; Realizeaza alte sarcini din aria de competență, repartizate de superiorul direct; Responsibilities regarding health and work security Sa aplice și să respecte toate standardele legislative privind securitatea și sănătatea în muncă, instrucțiunile de lucru, procedurile și regulile interne privind sănătatea și securitatea muncii și prevenirea și stingerea incendiilor.
Să efectueze toate controalele medicale programate de companie conform reglementărilor de Sănătate și Securitate în Muncă.
Să utilizeze corect instalațiile, echipamentele de lucru, aparatele și alte unelte din unitate.
Nu procedați la oprirea, modificarea, schimbarea sau scoaterea dispozitivelor de siguranță, în special a celor ale mașinilor, echipamentelor de lucru, uneltelor, unităților tehnice și sistemelor de securitate a clădirilor.
Să informeze imediat Managerul și responsabilul HSE despre orice accidente suferite de o persoană.
Să coopereze cu persoanele desemnate, atâta timp cât este necesar, în vederea facilitării oricăror/toate realizări sau solicitări dispuse de ofițerii de sănătate privind protecția sănătății și securitatea angajaților.
Qualifications Studii.
Diplomă universitate Diplomă liceu Competențe și abilități necesare postului.
Limbă.
Engleză și/ sau altă limbă; Studii în curs în domeniul financiar sau contabil; Cunostiinte medii de calculator; Abilitatea de a lucra într-un mod structurat și atent; Usurinta in comunicare; Team player; Invatare rapida; Additional Information Financial benefits.
