Job Description Key Responsibilities.
Conduct daily yoga sessions (group and private) for guests of all skill levels, offering a variety of styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Meditation.
Customize sessions based on guest needs, health conditions, and fitness levels, ensuring a safe and serene environment.
Promote holistic wellness through mindfulness, breathing techniques, and basic lifestyle coaching, educating guests on the physical and mental benefits of yoga and wellness practices.
Provide wellness consultations, assessments, and support spa events, retreats, and workshops as needed.
Maintain studio space and equipment in accordance with health & safety standards.
Collaborate with spa and fitness team to align wellness offerings and promote classes to encourage guest participation.
Build guest loyalty by creating a positive, welcoming, and rejuvenating experience.
Qualifications   Certified Yoga Instructor with 1-2 years of experience in a spa, hotel, or wellness center.
Strong knowledge of wellness concepts and mind-body practices.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
Flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Passionate about health, wellness, and guest service.
