After a degree in Computer Engineering in 2004 and the diploma of Master's Degree in "Tecnologie Web per le Imprese" in 2005, I have worked in different business contexts, mainly for computer consulting companies, holding various roles over time and increasing experience and expertise.
I worked for two years between 2006 and 2007 as a technical analyst and Java/J2EE developer in banking context.
Later I specialized on OpenText (formerly EMC) Documentum ECM platform and, as part of various projects, I have held the role of developer, system administrator, business and technical analyst.
About eight years ago I became Team leader of 15-20 professionals and product specialists. For 5 years, one of my main tasks has been to support the official Service Manager in the activities of task assignment, in the verification of compliance with KPI and SLA, in the management and organization of the deployment tasks, in the reports to be provided to the customer, following the ITIL logics. Also, my sole responsibility was to define the functional and technical specifications and to produce estimates of the development activities agreed with representatives of business and ICT customer. All these activities were carried out within the application maintenance service of document management systems at the customer.
Since January 2016, my role is changed since I became the official Manager of the Maintenance Service previously described, and I’ve increased my areas of responsibility. Currently, I’m managing more than 30 document management vertical solutions for all the different business needs and processes and coordinating 20-25 persons, distributed on various geographical locations (Italy, East Europe, and North Africa).
Moreover, from June 2015 to the end of 2017, I worked as Project and Service Manager for a client in Chemical Engineering sector. I mainly defined and implemented the AM service and I was involved in business development tasks. 

Despite having a technical background and education, I believe I have developed a working method always geared toward the satisfaction of business needs, with a prevalence of the functional appearance on purely technical one, in all the design and implementation choices.

I think I have skills of analysis, accuracy, reliability, and aptitude for problem-solving, as well as excellent communication skills as a mediator in relations with other actors and stakeholders.
