INP- Pagora is the International school of paper, print media and biomaterials.The aim of the study was to prove the possibility to use polymers derived from renewable sources as MFC (MicroFibrillated Cellulose) to 3D print parts. Role: Study of 3D printing FDM process. CAD design of mixing systems to avoid phase separationin MFC water suspension. 3D fabrication of parts in PLA to construct the mixing system and, after the addition of a paste extruder, to print MFC paste samples (System: Paste extruder + Mixer system + 3D printer). Study of 3D printing materials and filaments. Use of rotational viscometers.
