•	Sales forecasting for each Business Developer/Geographical area;
•	Supporting the Business Developers with scouting new potential dealers in their specific area;

4. Marine Leisure industry;  
5. Marine Commercial Industry.  

•	Salesforce monitoring;  
•	Commercial blitz into new markets (the business developers then follow up the new contacts and  
grow on the relation along with my support);  
•	Identification of specific industry exhibitions;  
•	Management of travel annual travel budget;  
•	Distribution of commission to team based on the success of established annual sales targets.

During this period (10 months), I created commercial agreements/relations and appointed dealers of Coelmo Industrial and Marine Generating Sets in:  
1. Thailand (Marine industry with the supply of 24 x 40 kVA to the Royal Thai Navy + 4 x  80 kVA for Thai boat builders + stock of Coelmo Leisure marine Generating Sets to our new established Coelmo Dealer in Bangkok);  
2. Bangladesh (Industrial industry with the supply of Generating Sets from 30 kVA up to  
500 kVA to the Government through our newly appointed dealer in Bangladesh);  
3. Australia (Marine/Industrial Industry with the supply of marine Generating Sets from 3 to 40 kVA + Industrial Generating Sets from 40 kVA to 500 kVA to our newly appointed  
Australian dealer);  
4. Philippines (Industrial industry with the supply of Generating Sets from 30 kVA to 400  
kVA through newly appointed Philippine dealer);  
5. Indonesia (Industrial + Telecom Industry with the supply of 250 x 60 kVA for the Telecom industry + assortment of Industrial Generating Sets for the newly appointed  
Indonesian dealer’s stock);  
6. Myanmar (Industrial Industry + Telecom Industry with the supply of 2 x 40ft container Generating Sets to a newly appointed Industrial Generating Set dealer + 50 x 15 kVA Telecom specification Generating Sets to a prime Telecom Operator);  
7. New Zealand (Industrial Industry with the supply of 10 x 500 kVA to a chain of  
supermarkets through the newly appointed Industrial dealer;  
8. Singapore _Ongoing negotiations with potential Industrial and Marine division dealers;  
9. Malaysia _Ongoing negotiations with potential Industrial and Marine division dealers;  
10. China Registration of follow up of Coelmo China branch in Shanghai (WOFI) + Identification of specific industry agents (Oil&Gas + Marine) + negotiations/presentations  
with Chinese EPC companies that have large projects in Africa/Middle East.  

Marine & NGO division Export Manager
Boosted up the Marine division turnover by almost 400%; 
Dealer and service centre network creation for Coelmo’s Marine Generating Set Industry;  
• Creation of dealer/service network in:  
1. Norway (Marine and Industrial Generating Sets); 
2. Iceland (Marine dealer and an Industrial Generating Set dealer);  
3. Greece (Marine dealer);  
4. Croatia (Marine and Industrial Dealer);  
5. Holland (Marine dealer)  
6. England (Industrial division);  
7. Ireland (Industrial division);  
8. Portugal (Industrial/rental division);  
9. Malta (Marine division);

• Preparation of commercial and technical offers;  
• NGO Contracts Management with frequent visits to UN peace keeping missions: Congo, South Sudan, Afghanistan, Liberia, Kenya, Kuwait, Lebanon, United States (UNPD), Sierra Leone, Ivory Coast, Abyei South Sudan, Niger,;  
• Interfacing with the technical office for the realization of offers for Generating Sets that satisfy customer needs, for example: environment, installation, cost of installation, transport and positioning of the Generating Set, spare parts, after-sales service;  
• Company presentation during trade exhibitions in Milan, Naples, Kuwait, Shanghai, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Holland;  
• Public relations with foreign customers coming to Italy to visit the company;  
• Business trips: England, Kosovo, Albania, Macedonia, United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan, 
Jordan , Kuwait, Sierra Leone; Liberia, China, Bahrain, Sudan,  
Logistics Experience:  
• General Logistics Management of goods coming in and going out , both National and  International, by sea, air and road with respect to Incoterms 2010;  
• Document preparation for goods travelling nationally and internationally ( DDT, CMR, AWB, B/L);  
• Supervisor of Letter of credits/invoicing/modifications of L/C;  
• Translations of contracts to be delivered to the bank for the opening of L/C;  
• Correspondence with the United Nations;
