In my career path I started to work in Kraków, Poland 2015. I acquired knowledge and background in an investment banking as a Fund accountant in Italian team. After 1 year my performance raised up and my first completion of career was gone being promoted from Associate 1 to Associate 2. After 2 year’s of experience within Fund trading services team, i moved to Depositary department, where after business migration process from Kraków to Turin i became Team Leader of my sub teams. Working on a daily basis in contact with leaders, employees, high management, teams of different countries gave me the capabilities to understand , resolving problems and to find a right way of standardization between more parties with a narrow time frame. I have 10 direct report’s to monitor the ongoing process, whose Timeliness and Accuracy of the tasks are the key points to deliver high quality of the work sent to donor site and to clients (managers of investment funds). New methods of improving processes, standardization are considered to make the perfomance of activities easier, faster and accurate. What I really appreciate every day is to be engaged with people and to work on their soft development skills.
