Build line support Engineer/ BOM coordinator at Rolls- Royce Derby, UK Deputed by Quest Global UK, FOR TRENT 7000 Program.
 Attended build issues meetings all day as a representative from TRENT 7000 Externals (installation sub system) team and resolved various build issues by amending EBOM and Build chat accordingly to resolve the build issue.
 Resolved the ABC (Assembly Build Compliant) sheets and provided technical solution based on the root cause analysis and amended EBOM and PROD BOM accordingly to resolve the issue.
 Provided Rework instructions for parts to resolve the build issues raised at module level and Assembly Level - by measuring the rework requirements, raising solutions in PDM and coordinating with Rolls-Royce, Derby rework/ machining team.
 Resolving the Engine Build shortages and identifying the technical compatibility of alternative hardware BOM (Spare BOM) to achieve the build to meet Development plan milestones.

 Continuously creating and maintaining Engineering Bill of materials for TRENT 1000 and TRENT 7000 engine’s prototypes for different experiments allocated as per the EASA CS-E requirements.
 Identifying BOM Configuration issue and coordinating with configuration team to resolve it.
 Creating Development instruction to build the engines
 Creating Strip instructions to Strip the engines after for each line item in BOM.

 Creating and maintaining EBOM for Business Jet turbofan Engine prototypes testing on Test bed for the different experiments allocated as per the EASA CS-E requirements.
 Creating Demand instructions for the EBOM to build the engine prototypes for test.
 Coordinating with Supply chain team (MRP team) to ensure the parts availability to achieve pass to test date of the Engine prototypes.
 Creating workflow chain process for the approval of new changes in BOM.
 Attending Change control meetings and understating the requirements of new changes in BOM (EBOM and MBOM or production BOM)
 Analysing and resolving errors in Engineering BOM by using tools such as PDM and PLM

 Creating Engine Development Plan (EDP) in Primavera P6 to achieve EASA certification for Rolls Royce Deutschland business jet aircraft engine projects and maintaining the schedule consistently by gathering work status reports from inter cross functional teams
 Executing critical path analyses in each version of the schedule and assisting RRD development program manager in early identification of problems and KPIs.
 Developing and updating work packages, time schedule and publishing progress reports.
 Conducting Module clearance meeting for each subsystem modules with representatives from cross functional teams to identify any risks to EDP and coordinating with respective teams to resolve the pending issues to mitigate the risk and achieve planned pass to test date.
