Brand management - corporate communication - marketing

Account Executive, in charge to deal with the Clients and discuss a great part of the events related matters. Main tasks include: organisational secretariat, transfer organisation, submission of reports, contractual definition with suppliers, etc.

- Client PostePay S.p.A. - Web Editor on site - renovation and editing of website contents (CMS: Sharepoint, Wordpress); implementation of brand awareness and digital communication campaigns .  

- Client British American Tobacco - Account Executive on site - project management, in charge of the development and management of internal communication plan, strategies and campaigns.

- Planning: analysis of national and international scenarios, positioning strategies, identification of target insights, collaboration with the creative group for the development of communication campaigns.

Assisting the Dept. Director in carrying out the following activities:				
- management of institutional and media relations;
- internal and external events planning;
- promotion of strategic partnerships and collaborations;
- internal and external corporate communication (website, social networks, intranet, etc.);
- evaluation and management of tenders, negotiation and contractual definition with suppliers;
- welcoming Chinese business delegations.
