I was given the task to rebuild the MTM Business of the company. P/L, budgeting, training, sales development
as well as collection design (tools, materials, fabrics and models) are direct responsibility of my Business Unit.
Draft of a 3 year plan (6 seasons) for the development of the Business Unit was part of my interview process.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the CEO of the Company;
Responsible directly for a team of 9
- 6 x Customer Service Representatives;
- 3 x MTM Ambassadors;
Responsible for MTM Operations over:
· Head of Markets (US, Canada, LATAM);
· Area Manager WHS;
· Retail Director;
· 250+ WHS Accounts (70% in EMEA Region) of which 40 Free standing shops;
· 6 COCO accounts of which 2 Flagship Boutiques;
Responsible for Trunk Shows organization and authorization;
Responsible for Training activities at Pal Zileri HQ and on the field;
Responsible for a yearly turnover of over 3 mln € and the relevant P/L.

The Made to Measure Service in which I developed a 6+ year experience in Managerial position is a very niche market with specific features: there is a B2B side of the business where we build relations and strategies along with different distribution channels (Retail, Franchising and WHS) but also a crucial B2C side when we physically touch our final Consumers, gathering a dramatic amount of information directly from the Top Spenders and HNWI worldwide.

I am a very independent and driven person,I am passionate about Contemporary Arts and Watches. As a hobby I restore vintage cars as I think that there is something ritual and respectful in giving life back to objects that has been made with true passion and craftsmanship.
