•    Industrial cost accounting and cost controlling
•    Monthly inventory closures, analysis and reporting
•    Monthly turnover report by product group
•    Monthly orders portfolio analytics
•    Monthly profitability analysis by Customer and product type
•    Financial closing, analysis, alignment and reporting
•    KPI profitability analysis to monitor key operational performance
•    Maintain and develop master data structure
•    Statistical analysis on key equipment performances
•    Setup and maintain critical price structure
•    Management of bill of materials and production cycles

Main tasks and responsibilities as Demand Application IT – SAP manager:
•    New implementations: feasibility analysis and documents
•    Management and control of solutions, timing and billing
•    Sharing objectives, costs and implementation time
•    Key user assistance and SAP technical challenges
•    Relationships holder with the SAP consulting company
•    Management of the test phase of the implementations on the system 
     of development and involvement of Key users
