●	 Oversaw operationality of B2B model within Peruvian market but due to pandemic situation, group board voted to sell Colombian and Peruvian subsidiaries to refocus activities across Italian market.

Supervised implementation of major projects, including structuring and executing business processes per line of business and department head’s function, driving process efficiencies among workflows and ERP. Organised and directed implementation group’s industrial plan to conduct various stress tests to provide evidence to governance, financial institutions, and Italian and foreign investors. 
Key Achievements 	
●	Administered control over definition of creation of several business plans for diversification initiatives by importing LNG by sea, overseeing acquisition and transformation of state-of-the-art production systems, and energy stores in territory accredited by mixed formulas with inclusion of proprietorship and franchising.
●	Ensured execution of multiple project activities, including defining terms and conditions for acquisition by utilising ‘export credit’ valued at €14M in state-of-the-art co/trigeneration systems for further utilisation by primary Italian automotive producer.
●	Managed and successfully co-ordinated of By-Side Due Diligence during 2013 and Vendor Due Diligence in 2014. Collaborated with consulting firm KPMG as second Vendor Due Diligence in 2015 and of group industrial plan.
●	Oversaw utilisation of stringent auditing on Unit Billing and Metering as well as emission of Adjustment/Balance invoices for worth six million euros as Director of Internal Auditing, Procedures, and Quality.
●	Strategically identified, conducted, brought to approval of Board of Directors, an optimisation plan of operational costs valued at six million euros (out of a previous total of €25.2M).
●	Acquired certification of Public Rating ‘A’ for 2015 and 2016 by avoiding company guarantee of three months of service to distributors worth €142M in bank guarantees.
●	Headed certification of group’s budget for sole and consolidated company for one year in collabra0tion with consulting company Deloitte.
●	Held concurrent responsibility of co-ordinating and defining in liaison with consulting firm BAIN & Co. for strategic development plan.
