Commercial - bid manager

I work for TOSHIBA Transmission & Distribution Europe SpA  (TTDE) 	since 2017. 
TTDE is a leading company active as an "EPC-Contractor" in the following sectors: High-voltage electrical substations, renewable energy production plants, storage systems and Smart Grids.
As Proposal Manager (current position), for TTDE I undertake:  
•	Bid management responsibility  for  "turnkey" projects (EPC contracts).
•	Sales Support for the whole TTDE portfolio in the European and North African markets.
•	Responsibility for achieving the annual sales target.
•	Coordination for offer and pre-sales activities, with special focus on:
      o	Cost and Price Management;
      o	Supervision of Virtual teams (international) of stakeholders;
      o	Suppliers and subcontractors management;
      o	Relations with customers.
•	Management of Variations of Order (for running contracts).
•	Management of the internal offer "process".
•	Management of revisions and audits of offers with the international board (Italian and Japanese).
