Compliance officer

- Real-time monitoring and management of trading parameters on financial instruments listed on EuroTLX Market (equities, bonds and certificates) 
- Off-line analysis of trading activity to identify potential breaches in accordance with MiFid II, MAR and AML/CFT legislation 
- Recurrent and ad-hoc investigation reports to the relevant Authorities on market surveillance topics 
- Cooperation in the development of new business projects such as new clients on-boarding and analysis of new financial products to be listed 
- Support to the optimization and improvements of Market Surveillance methods and procedures in compliance with the legal framework and in order to include future business development
