• As a project manager and supercharger I supported the management from a strategic point of view to analyze, implement and evaluate structural changes  
• Managed the project life cycle, defining requirements, project roadmap and KPIs 
• Developed improvements to processes and procedures of different departments (HR, Technical, ESG) through change management initiatives and tools (e.g. Persona, Design thinking, Customer journey)

Avebe is an international Dutch cooperative and the global market leader in potato starch 
• As a Change Agent I was responsible for designing and implementing interventions to improve the vitality of 60 factory workers on the workfloor. 
• During the process I focused on human-centred design, co-creation and creative solutions and combined research and social innovation.
