Oversee organizational contract development and management activities, and enforce organizational principles of integrity and compliance.
▪	Manage the process of economic and claim request with Contractors (actual claim value managed: 14 M$ USD)
▪	Ensure that all the necessary contractual issues related to contract variation accountability are satisfied by implementing the most appropriate actions concerning management of contracts
▪	Support Procurement and Project Management both for Plan and Contracts (for supplies, works and services).

▪	Material and Equipment Bill of Quantities preparation; Lay-out studies and definition of equipment and piping location;
▪	Feasibility study and Layout definition and verification for the Back-up source of Borated Water System (JNR pump station) for the severe accident management of Units 3&4 of Mochovce NPP.

▪	Management of mechanical interfaces and follow-up of the security contract of the whole Nuclear Island buildings between CNEPE (Edf) and the German supplier company.
▪	Follow-up of technical contractual change and deliverable schedule also among the german workshop.
▪	Draw up minor technical specification for the procurement aspect related to main contracts involved in the scouting activities.
