Business Partner for Sales, Supply Chain and Manufacturing . Responsible for Yearly Budget F/S (P&L, Cash Forecast), forecasting process, monthly reporting and variance analysis. Responsible also for Strategic Pricing, Transfer Pricing, model costs and  profitability scenarios to help  and drive continued business wins and to ensure the proper program profitability. I develop program business cases including required capital investment, tooling and engineering investments, to obtain the proper EV and IRR for each program. I  work closely with Sales to develop Quotations for customers. Capital Appropriation Requests Owner: Reason Sheets, ROI and NPV for business cases to obtain approval; track and report of all capital and tooling spending for each program. Follow-up and quickly resolve open financial issues related to the various programs.
Profitability Analysis by product and by customer with particular focus on intercompany sales and low margin codes.
Standard cost responsible: annual update and new products standard cost definition.
Expences responsible: variations analysis & budget/forecast elaboration.
Ad hoc analyses (make or buy, what if, etc.) in direct support of  the Management.

BU Financial Controller, responsible in reporting, planning and controlling Revenues, Costs (COGS) and Investments at product/customer level to support and address the management in achieving the best financial performance, at both short and medium-long terms. I work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Manufacturing functions to influence production, inventory and pricing decisions through variable costs and return analysis. Actual vs. Budget analysis and explanations. BU Inventory control and forecast. Control and analyses of corporate spending and allocations. Co-ordination and elaboration of the yearly budget, the 2 years business plan and 5 years business plan (LRFP); New Products & New Projects Follow up: projects economical evaluations with comparison among multiple options; Identification of the mutual economical priority among different concurrent projects. Ad hoc analyses and business case development in direct support of the business area. Partner  with other Corporate Finance colleagues  to drive standardization & efficiencies.   
In the first transition period, after Micron acquisition of Numonyx B.V. in March 2010, I worked on the integration of Numonyx Finance & Control systems to the Micron ones.
FY2014 Billing = 3.5 B$.

Divisional Financial Controller responsible in controlling Revenues, Costs and Investments at product/customer level. Co-ordination and elaboration of the yearly budget, the 2 years plan and  5 years plan; Divisional Inventory control and reserves management. New Products Follow up: projects economical evaluations (ROI) with simulations among multiple options; Identification of the mutual economical priority among different concurrent projects. In the first year, I coordinated the integration of Intel and STM Control systems in order to create a unique tool, able to fit the company controlling needs.
