Motivation Letter for Erasmus Internship 
 
Dear Sir/Madam, 
My name is Hale Ozcan and I am writing this letter express my motivation for working as an 
intern at your company. I got my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Antalya 
Bilim University in Antalya/Turkey. Currently, Im working as a Research & Development 
Engineer, Designer and Frontend Developer in DT Technology Group company that is provides 
solution across Turkey with partners and solution partners in the countries where it operates: 
Especially in developing custom software for the IT sector; provides information consultancy; 
offers turnkey solutions including sales, service, installation and maintenance. I also work in 
Book2wheel company where is place where people share motorbikes and cars as a part time 
UI/UX designer in Odense, Denmark. 
I am interested in having 2021 Summer internship in related department at your company under 
the Erasmus Student Exchange Programme by the Erasmus Placement grant and in case of 
getting this grant, I will be able to supply and afford for all my needs during the internship 
period. So, during my intership, with a great enthusiasm, I will make a use of my abilities to 
accompany the company in carrying out working at my best. I believe that with my acquired 
knowledge, I have the foundation and the capability to perform a successful period in this 
intership program. 
 
From there, I can gain a great satisfaction in applying my knowledge, which I have learned till 
now, to develop further understanding and solving practical problems. I will apply all my 
knowledge to set up this corporation.
