My tasks:
- Digital & Content Marketing: restyling project of the company website (UX, UI, SEO & Content Strategy) and Social Media Strategy (Instagram & LinkedIn).
- Turnover Analysis: statistical evaluation, reporting, monitoring of sales agents and distribution partners.

In order to increase the loyalty of authors and clients, I operated micromarketing and direct marketing activities through strategic use of Instagram and edition of DEM and newsletter. I also collaborated for the editing of many books and for the content management of the corparate e-commerce.
