Maintained impeccable safety record as responsible for the management of a conventional rig (1000HP) while coordinating and collaborating with the personnel performance to achieve shared goals: 
• Ensured work was incident/accident free with no harm to people, equipment, and environment. 
• Decreased non-productive time (NPT) through project organisation and prioritising equipment maintenance and inspection. 
• Supervised Drilling Crews in O&G wells. Coordinated work between Drilling Rep, Drilling Rig, and Third parties. 
• Maintained daily operations reports, parts and equipment inventories, and daily and monthly costs. 

Achieved higher rate of penetration (ROP) while maintaining hole stability as responsible for the analysis of all drilling and geological factors during operations and preparing final logs and reports for the Drilling Rep.: 
• Solved problems and identified root causes for drilling inefficiencies or deviations in real time. 
• Recommended changes in drilling parameters to the personnel to mitigate or correct those deviations. 
• Developed multiple well reports and in-depth evaluation with lessons learned to improve subsequent projects. 
• Informed all channels onsite in case of emergency or detection of a possible dangerous occurrence. 

Ensured drilling efficiency and safety by an adequate record of geological samples, drilling data, and gas shows: 
• Coordinated/communicated work with all involved personnel including Geologists, Drilling Rep, and Contractors. 
• Collected samples for geological evaluation and gas chromatography. 
• Monitored, recorded, and interpreted drilling parameters using Microsoft package and specific Software. 
• Generated drilling and geological reports as well as special well logs, which include lithology, gas concentrations, and drilling parameters.
