- Implementing Bloomberg products onto the client's network by coordinating the end to end development of complex projects throughout all the steps of initial agreement, custom design, installation, testing and troubleshooting 

- Managing technology and resources to meet project scopes, costs and deadlines through efficiently liaising and communicating with internal and external multilingual stakeholders 

- Coordinating the dispatch of engineers to execute and support on-site implementations

- Responsible for discussing pre sale recommendations and strategies to implement data lines with internal departments and with clients

- Maintaining post sale strong relationships with major and smaller accounts by offering customized solutions while expanding Bloomberg presence 

- Leading a team of 10 employees, monitoring connections and assuring smooth business continuity during emergencies

- Planning and arranging the supplies and the technical assistance necessary to work from the disaster recovery office 
   
- Working closely with senior management, helping coordinate and manage the team as well as supporting the Business Plan.

- Contributing to Sales campaigns and events

- Represented Bloomberg in the Enterprise Technology Summit 

- Managing customer interactions in English, Italian, French and Spanish while providing support to both internal and external stakeholders  via telephone and emails and conference calls

- Providing technical support to clients with regards to software and hardware queries
