	Heading ERP team in various projects such as new requirements, module’s implementation, application’s integration and developments, etc. Supervising installing and configuring all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics AX
	Drafting and submitting all required reports and KPIs to top management for the company’s if required
	Implementing and leading the team in new projects of AX modules and another ERPs
	Implemented many solution on Retail & POS like (Loyalty card, staff discount, gift cards, and coupons)
	Implement the master planning module for stores replenishment
