Executive assistant to the ceo

Supporting the first level of Management reporting directly to the CEO, in particular Sales, Marketing, Operations and Financial functions, my main activities are: 
- Organization and Management of the WW Events (internal and external); 
- Management of the first line of Directors Agenda; 
- Report activities for the CEO and Sales with commissions management; 
- Management of documentation, presentations and manuals translations;
- Management of Quality Partner, Partner and Brand Label contracts;
- TSS support for special management;
- Support for Marketing fairs activities and organization (logistics, hotels, etc.).
