I’m an accomplished, result-oriented sales professional with experience across marketing and sales operations and a track record of consistent success in achieving productivity and delivering goals. As an energetic, innovative sales professional with exceptional relationship-building skills, I can manage sales operations to drive demand and accelerate existing opportunities.
As an enterprising professional I believe that being a good leader means knowing how to mentor and how to teach, and rendering myself approachable and available to those who depend upon me. The key is to create a balance between leadership and teamwork, being a role model, yet at the same time, being a key player in any given team effort.
I have hands on experience in managing client and business partner relationships (GDO, dealers, retailers, architects and designers, installers) and ensuring sales targets/objectives are achieved quarterly and annually. I have exceptional project management skills, which include a strong capacity to fully grasp scope and objectives, to recognize the roles and responsibilities regarding others staying on track as an effective member of a cross-functional team. In my previous roles I have covered several regions such as the Middle East, Turkey, and the CIS, as Export Sales Manager with cross assignments such as business development, human resources (sales team) management and marketing (market analysis). At the moment I’m covering Eastern Europe.
