Finance manager

Responsible of finance, administration, control, legal and general services of the Italian subsidiary.
Direct reports to the European CFO and the Country Manager, managing a team of 3 FTE’s.

•	I was responsible for the integration of the Finance processes following the acquisition performed by Stream of an Italian private company, reaching the required reporting levels within the time frame envisaged by the project.

•	I developed the internal control system and implemented the budgeting and reporting system using the Oracle solution in accordance with the US GAAP accounting principles, reaching the information standards required by the parent company.

•	I reviewed the financial model of the subsidiary by acting on the structure of customer / supplier contracts and implementing a factoring project improving cash flows by 10% in the first year of implementation.

Responsible of the administration and control of the Consulting and Application business unit.
Reporting to the Director BU and the Country CFO.

Responsible of the economic and financial evaluation of contracts / orders both during presales and during the execution of the works. I was also responsible of planning and allocating consultants to the various job orders

Responsible of the control activities of the budgeting and reporting and oversight processes of the administration of the Scandinavian subsidiaries and the commercial offices in Eastern Europe.

Responsible of finance, administration, control, legal and HR Administration of the Italian site (made of two legal entities: CPP Group Ltd Branch and CPP Italia srl).
Direct reports to the Group CFO and the Country Manager Italy, managing a team of 6 FTE’s.

•	I developed the accounting system of the Italian subsidiary and its implementation on the SUN System group platform, this allowed the insourcing of the accounting function with a significant reduction of external consultant costs.

•	I had been responsible of the implementation of the planning and control model on the Cognos system and of the development of the financial reporting system according to the IFRS principles, thus respecting the parent company's requests while keeping the number of resources involved unchanged.

•	I created and managed the country legal & compliance function reducing the recourse to external consultancy by 80%.

•	In 2012/14, I had been also the Finance Manager of the French and Portuguese subsidiaries of the CPP group, following the liquidation of the French company and the transformation of the Portuguese company into a branch of the Spanish CPP.
