- Project and sell specific training courses
- Develop relationships to maximize referrals and renewals - Build trust and develop long term relationships - Provide excellent follow up service to students - Show dedication to ensuring students reach their educational goals

Management and organization of corporate courses:
- Create online prospects to test students and arrange phone interviews
- Visit companies to train corporate students, present and promote courses
- Set up e-learning platforms and arrange didactic material
- Schedule teachers’ calendars and activities
- Monthly reports and follow up
- Communicate and cooperate effectively with the responsible contact person of the company
- Back up and lead students throughout their study programs helping them to achieve good results

English language teaching to children, teenagers and adults (up to 12 students per class, mixed for age and nationality): - Select and adapt existing material as well as tailoring lessons for individuals - Advise clients on the different language courses - Organize training sessions

Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term cooperation
- Develop positive relationships and handle customers’ needs mostly over the phone
- Generate new sales and provide pre and post sales assistance

Support the Hotel Relations team
- Offer customer support to hoteliers
- Grow the customer base of hotels displayed on trivago
- Link building activities
- Manage online reviews and contents
- Write online city guides
