Few achievements gained in 2018:

- Euro 250 million put option agreement to be executed in 4 tranches in two years and transfer of the ownership of the shares in Elektroprivreda Crne Gore AD Nikšić ("EPCG") in favor of the Government of Montenegro.

- Euro 12.8 million upon public takeover accomplished in 2018 in relation to the 100% of the shares in Rudnik Uglja AD Pljevlja ("RUP"), the Montenegrin mine coal company.

- EPC Contract for a total value of approximately € 11.5 million for the turn-key supply of a bio-drying plant for the treatment of approximately 150,000 t/y of residual urban waste in the Complejo Medioambiental de Gipuzcoa (Spain).

- Other ongoing projects relate to the supply of turn-key waste treatment plants in France (Romainville and Tours), Croatia (Zadar) and Spain (Asturias) and the business development in few non-EU countries such as Russia, Lebanon, Romania, India and Malaysia.

- Regularly advising Sistema Ecodeco UK Ltd (Subsidiary of a2a Group) in the business relationship with Renewi Plc (former Shanks) relating to waste plants in Frog Island, Jenkins Lane, Dunfries, Hespin Wood, Sowerby Woods and BDR.

Few achievements gained in 2016:

- Acquisition of 75% of the shares in Consul System S.p.A., the energy service company (ESCo) leader in Italy in the Energy Efficiency Certificates (TEE) sector, for a total value of approximately € 21 million.

- Acquisition of 100% of RiEco - Resmal Group, operating in the paper-processing sector for a total value of approximately 20 million euro.

- Acquisition of the business unit of Sanitaria Group S.r.l., a company operating in the environmental and composting sector of the green fraction of organic waste, for a total value of approximately 8 million euro.

- Acquisition of 64% of the participation in La Bi.Co Due Srl, a company operating in the urban hygiene sector, through the collection, transport and disposal of waste, as well as through the cleaning of the territory and manages of storage facilities, treatment and recovery of solid urban waste, for a value of about 6 million euro.

- Compliance 231  - Assistance and consulting in updating the Organizational Model of 26 subsidiaries of A2A, in compliance with Legislative decree 231/01.

- Financial - Loan agreement, security package, assignment of receivables, factoring, ISDA, EFET.

Few achievements gained in 2015:

- Accomplishment and review of over 50 standard templates and contractual documentation including contracts managed the Supply Chain (including purchasing of solid and liquid fuels, EPC contracts, Operation &Maintenance, Real Estate and relating to buildings).

- Management of over 140 disputes (including civil, administrative and criminal litigations) and execution of 12 out-of-court settlement agreements.

Other day-by-day activities:

- Assistance to the Purchasing Department in active and passive contracts (including contracts for the purchase of solid and liquid fuels, industrial maintenance, and relating to buildings).

- Consulting on Compliance 231 and updating of the Organizational Model.

- Management of administrative disputes (appeal of AEEGSI resolutions); civil (causes with suppliers and out-of-court transactions); Criminal cases (occupational diseases and accidents at work).

- Consulting in health and safety at work.

Few achievements gained in 2009:

- Fondiaria-Sai - Release of performance bonds, for a total value of over 200 million euro, in the interest of a temporary grouping of companies headed by Almaviva spa, and in favor of the Agency for disbursements in agriculture (Agea).

- Beauty Line and Beauty Star (Limoni) - Financing operation, with Banca popolare dell'Emilia Romagna Sc, as a copy bank, related to the acquisition of the Beauty Line and Beauty Star perfume chains, signs that boast a network of 50 stores and a turnover of € 40 million in 2007.

- Panini - Financing transaction with Centrobanca - Banca di Credito Finanziario and Mobiliare SpA, as agent, in relation to the 79 million euro loan related to the sale of the majority stake in Panini, a company operating in the sector of systems of payment, in favor of the private equity fund Ilp III, managed by J. Hirsch & Co.

- Radici Film - Financing transaction with Barclays Bank PIc, Unicredit Corporate Banking SpA and Interbanca S.p.A., in relation to the 135 million euro loan related to the acquisition of Radici Film, a company operating in the food packaging and food film sector, and the related group. The buyer is Taghleef lndustries S.r.l., a vehicle company controlled by the Al Ghurair group of the United Arab Emirates.

Few achievements gained in 2006:

- Involved in proceedings for the account of Walt Disney, Pfizer and anti-doping in the Sport Law arena.

- Specialization in Litigation and Contract Law.
