as Product Owner I’m currently leading the  team that’s in charge of developing, innovating and maintaining the whole security portfolio for Vodafone Business customers, identifying the best solutions to address all market verticals.
Working according to Agile methodology, my team defines sell, build and run processes for all security products, coordinating both the technical teams and 3rd parties involved in design, development, delivery and in-life management delivering training to sales and presales teams as well. We also deliver support to Strategic Partnership and Supply Chain teams in analysis and onboarding new partners. In day by day activities we also provide support to sales, presenting products and solutions to customers and prospects, within marketing events or customer’s meeting.

I’m responsible of all presales activities in the northern Italy, helping sales team through the full sales lifecycle, starting from initial presentation, building and qualifying opportunities, up to the customer purchase. I did also consultancy and evangelization activities in IT security to our customers, both with training and courses and building long term technical relationship, providing technical support to the marketing team in the development of the product portfolio, by doing R&D on new technologies and security solutions, planning and executing P.o.C. and test labs and maintaining relationships with vendor and business partners.
