Performance Management and Career Management Compensation & Benefits: Organization
•	Contribute to a correct implementation of the HR Strategy (Planning, People Development, Annual Compensation, Reward & Recognition, Organization & Change, Workforce Planning)
•	Managing the Career Development process (performance/ potential matrix), succession planning and design career paths for employees
•	Support and advise line managers in their management and development of their teams in line with business strategy and plans
•	Analyze the Employee Engagement Survey’s results and review possible actions
•	Work on the development of the new HR Management Systems 
•	Design and create reports needed by HR, Finance, and other business leaders
•	Drive key talent processes, including the annual performance and incentive planning and review process
•	Answer general HR questions and resolve issues in a timely manner
•	Responsible for People Analytics, HR budgeting and forecasting
•	Drive special projects (e.g. Alternanza Scuola e Lavoro, Welfare)
•	Business Integration
•	Identify training needs, define and implement a new training plan (both on technical and managerial soft skills) in line with a corporate global strategy, that supports employees professional development and people engagement

Reporting to the Finance Director Italy, Greece and Turkey. 
•	Financial reporting to the Regional HQ
•	Budget planning, forecasting and controlling activities
•	Support and work with the Financial Controller in budgeting and reporting for other costs
•	Analytical review of profitability
•	Ensuring compliance with internal control
•	Monthly presentations of financial performance & reporting to Top Management
•	Work with the Financial Controller to provide timely and meaningful local office financial results, key financial metrics and variance analysis to the local officer group, regional finance and Global Services
•	Providing ad hoc information and analysis as required
•	Managing treasury, daily cash flow and bank relations
•	Monitor monthly billing, outstanding WIP and accounts receivable and DSO
•	Managing relationship with the customers aimed at improving the collection process
