Reporting to the Finance Director Italy, Greece and Turkey. • Financial reporting to the Regional HQ • Budget planning, forecasting and controlling activities • Support and work with the Financial Controller in budgeting and reporting for other costs • Analytical review of profitability • Ensuring compliance with internal control • Monthly presentations of financial performance & reporting to Top Management • Work with the Financial Controller to provide timely and meaningful local office financial results, key financial metrics and variance analysis to the local officer group, regional finance and Global Services • Providing ad hoc information and analysis as required • Managing treasury, daily cash flow and bank relations • Monitor monthly billing, outstanding WIP and accounts receivable and DSO • Managing relationship with the customers aimed at improving the collection process
