I am currently responsible of the Business Intelligence Business Unit in Reply, both in terms P&L, people coaching and management, project delivery, Clients accounting and vendor management.
The BU currently counts almost 100 allocated FTE.
During the Reply experience I mainly specialized myself in Business Intelligence, Data Governance and Big Data projects, applying new technologies and approaches to different markets and working on international solutions, then applied worldwide; the more relevant ones are Big Financial Data and Data Replication Hub of Intesa Sanpaolo, Smart Lending and Open Banking integration for Intesa Sanpaolo, Enterprise DWH of CNHi and the Data Monetization solution of Vodafone Italy.
I am responsible of
 P&L, Budget and projects management of the Business Unit
 People coaching and mentoring; the team involves colleagues (40-50) and external collaborators (50-60)
 Relationships with partners and third parts (e.g. software vendors)
 Clients Accounting, both on prospects and existing ones, including responsibility on delivered projects, provided services and the economical negotiation and offering
 Design and delivery of architectures and solutions to create or enhance existing company DWH, including front end components. The coverage of possible technologies or vendor platforms used is pretty wide with no constraints.

Pre and Post Sales Consultancy on DWH and Business Intelligence projects, in particular
 Coordination of all the Post Sales activities, support and education
 People management, both internal and external ones, involved in the activities for the
assigned Customers
 Management, in team with the commercial division, of the Pre-Sales activities, including the
proposition of new offering and solutions
 Preparation of the study and proposal related to CRM systems, covering both the
assessment and the user requirements coverage; the more relevant one has been between
November and December 2000 for Agos Itafinco, consumer credit company

Pre and Post Sales Consultancy on “Change Management” and “Job Scheduling” products.
