From my profile a deep experience in the international markets and long time in the Middle East/Gulf
 
Just to give you a briefing in my daily activity for your record: 
  
Look at daily operations as a project, each day the goal of the project is to maintain or increase profitability; 
Provide leadership and motivation for employees or members of the different clients; 
Maximizing the utilization of available resources, delegate responsibility, supervise and build the teams, develop employee’s talents; 
Manage the team and ensure all business goals and objectives are reached; 
I am like the captain of the ship with various team members able to action their ideas and provide feedback and information on whether those ideas are working; 
Promote the expansion and innovation within the industry; 
Plan and implement the annual calendar activities; 
Guiding and monitoring the overall workflow of the Companies from a high level perspective; 
Help create budgets and track expenditure; 
Representing the Companies to major customers; 
Formulating and successfully implementing Companies policy 
Developing strategic operating plans that reflect the longer terms objectives and priorities established by the owners; 
Taking remedial action when necessary; 
Let’s say a variety of different skills: an eye for detail, a good leader, good at planning and organizing, strong at communicating and the courage to make difficult decisions when required. 
Having a healthy amount of ambitions and determination that also go a long way too with a solid foundation in business economic financial decisions for the Companies. 
After all, it’s also take pride in seeing something you have developed structured and work towards, become successfully. 
I have a mind for thinking strategically and financially. 
When I combine a sound understanding of business principles with effective communication and management skills, I should have no problem landing in any role.
