Built the school from scratch. The 7th Wave is a Bahrain based Academy that will provides many levels of creative arts classes and intensives, as well as an event space for the youth’s performances, art shows and events based from their work within the centre. Duties: ▪ Developed and implemented project execution strategy, ensured the implementation of quality control standards and cost control on project for on time completion ▪ Executed daily operations of monitoring the work executed by the engineering team at site and prepare interims and completion project reports. ▪ Supervised monitor and report Project progress throughout the project cycle to ensure on time completion. Lead Project Progress Meetings and coordinated with other departments. ▪ Coordinated with clients, consultants, sub-contractors. ▪ Technical problems. ▪ Ensured a positive work environment and awareness by all staff at the site of project goals and objectives ▪ Created Job Descriptions and collecting resumes from all over the world for the following positions: Art Director, Programme Coordinator, Dance teacher, Acting teacher, Music Teacher, Receptionist, Accountant.  ▪ Collected all the local businesses contacts details that cater to the niche (the habits, the places where our target market will go to) within the area of the school, for future work with marketing the school.

Worked in conjunction with project staff, assisted with the implementation of programs and projects.

Organized three prestigious Workshops in Houston TX (USA), South Africa and the UAE for PetroRabigh (a joint venture company between Saudi Aramco & Sumitomo Chemical) and Yasref (a joint venture company between Saudi Aramco & China Petrochemical Corporation – Sinopec).
