FREUDENBERG – Luserna San Giovanni (TO) Present – Jul 2017 Core Business (Automotive, etc.) – www.fst.com HR manager I deal with all HR activities in 2 plants in Pinerolo area, taking care of 200 people and following: • Conduct relations with unions: achieved a second level agreement for 2017-2019 with a new collective awards based on specific KPI, such as production results, delivery on time, product quality and absenteeism • Oversee recruiting and onboarding and make legal contracts • Design talent career roadmap: short assignment of maximum 6 months mainly in Germany for technical position to develop technical skills • Attain salary review for blue and white collars, in compliance with Corporate instructions, Italian inflation and living cost • Drive change management • Set up competencies plans and led people development (3% of total worked hours dedicated to training) • Improve climate survey result: from 20% to 65% of employees satisfaction and engagement rate • Monitor KPI and report: reduction of holiday vacation trend of 3%, evaluation of illness rate and overtime, control turnover and training activities) I handle with a project of digitalization of HR process in Zucchetti in order to optimize current administrative process and save 10% of time dedicated to attendance time keeping (reduction of 4 hours/week). I manage 1 HR person.
