•	SAP (ERP Software) Key user: management of a maintenance team / schedule management (emergencies/corrective/preventive maintenance) / spare parts management (Master Data Management (MDM) / Material Requirements Planning (MRP) instruments)
•	Optimize efficiency of maintenance team: Key Performance Indicator (KPI) (Backlog / % corrective / % preventive / % emergencies / Labor utilization / Maintenance Efficiency Index / Compliance): Management of department KPI 
•	Reduce maintenance shutdown period
•	Implement autonomous maintenance in production area (training in production area / increase relationship between maintenance & production) 
•	Continuous improvement project (implementation of an end line label control in packaging area)
