Coordination of the team dedicated to 'optimize flow and saturation of the plant resources with application of the techniques of "lean manufacturing".
Implementation and improvement of logistics (materials and kitting) for production lines of abroad factories (USA- India)

Planning, programming and control of productive activities of "civil aircraft" - Definition of production plans - Budgeting in the short, medium and long term (1/5 years) - Monitoring progress of the production and testing of deviations from the budget for external suppliers - Manage relationships with all business functions involved in production processes - Management of staff

Introduction in the company of lean techniques (Poka-yoke, VSM, pull planning, JIT, 3P) - Statistical Process Control (Six Sigma) - Organization of workshops "Kaizen"​ in the various production departments - personnel training on "​ lean manufacturing ".
