• Responsible for Transport network project for Telecom Italia S.p.A., 30M€ of revenue generated in 2 years. • Leaded Project for entire Wireless, Microwave and Core network infrastructure setup for a new Italian operator (Linkem S.p.A.), reached customer coverage targets and Service launch. Total program value 50M€ in 3 years
• Managed and Coordinated external providers selection and procurement process, leading to 5% outsourcing procurement cost.
• Developed customer facing reporting of project progress, results and KPI monitoring. Improved customer communication, progress control and action plan effectiveness • Leaded up to 8 people, 5 subcontractor companies.
