• Main activities and responsibilities
 Project Manager: monitoring, development and coordination of complex projects, from production tasks to commissioning phases for international customers on worlwide projects in respect of the provided budget and timing.
 Business Development in: Malaysia, India, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, China, Japan, Iran, Portugal, Bulgaria; all in close cooperation with the commercial director. Development of preliminar contacts, scouting and evaluation opportunities, technical meetings, white papers. Personal portfolio of contacts also in my origin country, ie Italy.
 Bid manager: research and evaluation (scouting) of opportunities, development of the bid package, monitoring of the various phases from the pre-bid meeting to the management of complex problems relating to worldwide tenders.
 Quality Manager: development, implementation and monitoring of the ISO 9001: 2008 system and transition, using SWOT analysis, to ISO 9001: 2015.
 Administration and coordination from submission phase to development tasks for Italian research funding projects (MISE, MIUR and Regional) and EU Research and Development funding projects under the Seventh Framework Program (FP7) and now Horizon 2020.
