My initial challenge in this startup backed by YCombinator was to understand the needs of the company, define the brand strategy at the regional level with its respective implementation, considering the commercial objectives of each country: Argentina, Chile, Mexico and Uruguay. I coordinated the complete rebranding of the brand, achieving a new image and identity, in addition to defining the structure
of the area. I currently direct the Brand & Design area with whom we carry out the rebranding of an M&A in our new market Colombia and the launch of operations in Peru.
• Define the brand's target audience and identify the correct "tone of voice" to align communication messages across all channels and to different stakeholders.
