I prepare sell-in and sell-out analysis as a support for:
-	Semester collection structure and collection mix, by focusing on n° items / pieces / sales volume / avg price for each user & category; in this phase, I collaborate with Senior Merchandiser to prepare the document Merchandising Plan.
-	Meetings with Senior Merchandiser, Product and Sourcing Team during each phase of collection development. The goal of meetings is to collaborate to finalize the collection.
-	Commercial team by proving stores with an “ideal” assortment, when the collection is almost finalized depending on stores budget, we create cluster of orders considering also sell out results of the ongoing collection in stores and commercial feedback of the ongoing season. In this phase, I often support Senior Merchandiser during the phase of final pricing.  I also provide commercial team with an historical sell-in analysis for each stores, which contains also suggestion for future sell-in campaigns, based on collection and stores’ budgets objectives.
-	Brand Manager, Sales Management team, Senior Merchandiser and Visual M. Team by creating a structure/format for sell-out reports which I update weekly (on Mondays) and which I send to them. Weekly Reports’ goal is to convey actual stores’ performance (vs Last year results) though fundamental KPIs: Sales Performance, ST%, Best seller, Collection Mix Sales. I am also responsible for the report aimed at monitoring the order entry during sell-in campaigns.

My role then requires also the preparation of all the materials needed by agents for order entry: Preparing ppt presentation; setting clusters for orders (“ordine tipo”) that agents can fill-in with clients; finalizing Visual Assortment Plan with sketches, prices and other qualitative info and publish all documents in the business portal.

Master Degree thesis: "Approaches to Sustainability Report in different cultural contexts: the footwear industry" 
Abstract: Academic research shows how Sustainability reporting is walking the path of standardization. The thesis investigates 3 Sustainability reports in the footwear industry (cases of Nike, Asics, Adidas) with the aim of understanding if there is an evidence for harmonization. Further focus has been set on the possible attribution of any identified differences in the reporting, scope, structure etc by the influence of national cultural background.

ABOUT ME
Underwear, Pyjamas, Loungewear and Beachwear are the main product groups that I analyze: I use my analytical skills to prepare sell-in and sell-out analysis to support merchandising and assortment decisions. I also support the Sales Management Team by preparing weekly sell -out reports. Furthermore, I am responsible for the development of all the materials for the clients’ order entry.
My ambition is to be part of dynamic and collaborative team where I can learn from the group’s expertise and where I can use my skills to their full potential in order to reach all business goals.
Collaboration, rigor at work and dynamism are my key daily objectives; my biggest personal target of all is to be constantly at work for self-improvements. 
I am searching for new opportunities of growth, not only in the fashion industry.
