Project: Egyptian Oil Refining Company – Egypt (Mar. 2019 – Present)

1. Solution demonstration and orientation to customer’s administrative and business users.
2. Requirement gathering and all the presentation and demonstration activities to the customer.
3. Implementation of OpenText ECM and Extended ECM for SAP different modules.
4. Producing training material and training business users to use the solution.

Project: Delta Beverages - Zimbabwe (Mar. 2018 – Feb. 2019)

1. Onsite presales activities and business analysis activities in Harare, Zimbabwe.
2. Requirement gathering and all the presentation and demonstration activities to the customer.
3. Implementation of OpenText ECM and Extended ECM for SAP.
4. Training users to effectively use the solution on day-today operations.

Project Support: EMAAR, KSA - Onsite Offshore / Offsite Admin Support (2017)

Supporting onsite business users, creating business analysis documentation, as well as executing modifications on the already implemented systems applications:
1. Documentum Content Server (Deployed in clustered environment Microsoft failover cluster).
2. Documentum xCP applications (eForms “Vacations, Business Trips, Service Requests and “Relocation Allowance Requests” - IMC “Invoice Management Center”).

Project: EMAAR, KSA – Invoice Management Center (Feb. 2016 – Mar. 2017)

Revamping the whole (Invoice Management Center) system that has been running with
high dependability in EMAAR using xCP 2.2 with much more features and major business changes.
Technologies: OpenText Documentum 7.2, OpenText xCP 2.2, Apache Tomcat, Microsoft SQLServer 2012, JBoss 7.2, DQL, JAVA (minor).

Project: Abu Dhabi Municipal Affairs, UAE – Recruitment System Process (Jun. 2015 – Feb. 2016)

Designing and implementing the application and the business processes that serve now as a “Recruitment Management System” benefiting the HR Department employees to organize and digitize the process of recruiting and hiring new candidates.
Technologies: OpenText Documentum 7.2, OpenText xCP 2.2, Apache Tomcat, DQL.

Project: Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company, Egypt – ECMS (Jun. 2014 – Jun. 2015)

Implementing and maintaining EGAS document management and indexed archiving system, including implementing EMC Captiva v6.5 to scan and index the documents and training the users to use it.
Technologies: Documentum v7.1, Captiva v6.5, Apache Tomcat, DQL, C++ (minor).

Brief of Experience Profile

- Six years of experience in ECM technology, including working with different Enterprise Content Management Systems (Documentum, OpenText) with an OpenText Content Server Certificate.
- OpenText Content Suite v16.x platforms, OpenText xECM platform, and Documentum v7.x.
- Designing and building sophisticated business processes and workflows, with a strong experience on OpenText Documentum xCP 2.x, as well as xCP 16.2 and BPM module.
- Moderate knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle databases.
- Object-Oriented Design and JAVA Programming using Servlets, JSP, and JSF (as a junior).
- Experience in customer handling, implementing customer requirements on ECMS products, solution design, issue fixing, as well as (before and after go-live) support.
- Experience in solution demonstrations and customer presentations.
- Experience in user training and user acceptance testing (UAT) delivery.
- Experience in projects as well as presales activities (PoC) in different business sectors; including banking, governmental, military, telecom, real estate, oil & gas, and food industry.
