Plant manager, operation manager, manufacturing engineering director

I am responsible to delivery £20 million Body-in-White facility for the New Jaguar Electric Premium cars in Castle Bromwich plant, tracking adherence to costs, timing and quality

I had the leadership to transform the plant, driving the Manufacturing Team towards a deep changing phase to deliver the next generation of High Voltage Motor for Porsche Tycan and Mazda HP fuel injection. As Manufacturing Engineering Manager I managed all aspect related to the Manufacturing Engineering from capex/opex budget definition to mass production launch.

As Forward Strategy Leader I had to manage the whole strategy to industrialise the Body-in-White of the new Jaguar F-Type.

I had the responsibility to lead the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Team towards the installation and commissioning of the whole Body-In-White assembly line, into JLR Aluminum Excellence Centre in Castle Bromwich (UK).

Major achievements – 2014/2017:
	Led and delivered X760 Body-in-White programme on time and within budget cost; 
	Drawn up master schedule and managed risk register. Chaired reviews with cross-functional team;
	Tracked adherence to financial and commodity scorecard targets;

Reporting directly to the business owner, I had to assure the delivery of aluminum castings, aluminium chassis and Body-in-White for the most important car makers like FERRARI, MASERATI, BUGATTI and ALFA ROMEO. My responsibility begun with the definition of the manufacturing budget till the program mass production.

Major achievements – 2010/2014:
	Developed the machining process for Ferrari LaFerrari CRF monocoque and aluminium frames;
	Developed welding assembly cell for Maserati M156 engine frame; 
	Led the development of a machining tooling, achieving 50% saving on change-over time; 

Hired on 2004 as Process Engineer for F360/F430 spaceframe, I enjoyed the opportunity to strenghten my technical skills in machinig process, GD&T, hot-cold joining processes, composite materials, project management and complex problem solving. On 2008, I had the responsibility of the whole Manufacturing Engineering Department, leading the business to deliver products on time, in quality and cost-effectively.

Major achievements – 2004/2010: 
	Launched FERRARI F430 and F599 Fiorano; 
	Led the manufacturing of the first aver aluminium bonded Ferrari space-frame
	Implemented and reached the TPM Lev. 3; 
	Team leader for the improvement by 5% OEE on the production line.
