• Handled monthly CEO reports on Excel with the analysis of Media Results (PRINT & ONLINE) extracted by L’ Eco della stampa and Launchmetrics (Marketing Platform and Data Analytics)
• Realised and assisted the creation of press releases, speeches and scri;pting messages for press and on-line content;
• Supported the team with logistic tasks regarding event organization for more than 10 projects (Coordinated a list of 200
guests, directly managed groups of about 10 hostesses and hospitality during events, created Power Point presentations for
the events and for internal reporting, contributed to organise the logistics for over 100 guests);
• Personally organized and attended: Living Divani 50th Anniversary; 58a edition of Salone del Mobile Milano ( directly
managed more than 5 hostess, dealt with journalists and media); Cannes Yachting Festival 2019 ( dealt directly with celebrities, PR and journalists, contributed to organize the events for the unveiling of the new models with more than 100 guests); The 59th Genoa Boat Show.

Planned and coordinated different types of events. Personally organized and attended: #lacenaeataliana (launch of the
partnership between Eataly and La Cucina Italiana magazine; managed more than 100 guests providing social media support
to promote the event;
▪ Worked with Clients to guide them through the event details and served as their personal coordinator throughout the entire
planning process and event;
▪ Responsible for daily set-up, breakdown and maintenance of all event equipment;
▪ Managed invoicing and costs for each event on Excel together with contracts with suppliers;
▪ Created brand imaging programs and promotional campaigns.

▪ Supported the recruitment process of the Internships, working on pre-screening CVs and fist call interviews; ▪ Connected with the Talent Acquisition Team for Job Posting and sourcing campaign;
