Press office - store manager

As a Senior Store Manager I am responsible for the commercial field on behalf of  Gradi Plato Company Snc. A key aspect of this position is taking care of the business core, following up the Company's business plan and introducing new commercial goals to be achieved in long term. I personally take care of staff recruitment and team building, always supervising our Company staff to meet the highest standards and achieve common goals. I developed advanced skills in direct selling strategy, turning all the achieved goals into a solid ground for a constant growth in terms of business. I strictly follow up the customer care and I have built strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
I have developed excellent skills in sales and marketing as a Senior Store Manager for Gradi Plato Snc Company, where I had the opportunity to improve my natural tendency for business and I become aware of the dynamics of small and medium-sized business, having performed all the relevant roles, from the direct customer care to the business store management and business planning. Furthermore, I am able to hold a position which includes a list of responsibilities, as a result of my analytical skills and my ability to solve organisational and operational problems, obtained during my work experience. I also learnt how to set a long term business strategy and how to pursue it and manage business risks, always being strongly committed to achieving the best results.

As a freelancer, I took care of national and international events such as Rome International Film Fest 2016/2017, Rome Fiction Fest 2016 and Sony, Warner and Disney movie releases. For both Festivals I worked in a team of a hundred employees, managing communication strategies and coordinating several departments of the Cinema Foundation. My daily tasks included reports creation for the executive office and press conferences and junkets organisation. I managed the press room for each project of the Rome Film Fest, coordinating over a hundred Journalists. I edited all the press books for each project and I also took care of the press kits as a mediator between production teams and media partners. I had to provide detailed daily schedules for the production teams, always making sure to meet the deadlines in place. I also supervised each production team as a star talent handler.Concerning the major media Clients, I worked as a junkets manager for the press release of several theatrical contents and I edited weekly reports on media releases, also handling all the email communication with the international clients.

I worked as a consultant for the Cristiana Caimmi Press Office/PR, which works for some of the major media clients such as Disney, Warner Bros., Sony Entertainment and Fondazione Cinema per Roma. During this experience I had the chance to stand PR and communication skills out, that I have gained attending a Master in Digital Journalism and Communication: I dealt with social media content management, press book creation and editing, weekly and daily international reports, distribution lists, press conference organisation, star talent handling and more.
I have improved my ability to build and manage a team to reach a common goal as a consultant for the Cristiana Caimmi Press Office P/R, one of the most important press offices in Italy.
I have developed an understanding of the importance of effective communication in a professional working environment, dealing with international clients, holding meetings, emails and media content. During this collaboration, I experienced how to deal with tight deadlines, staying always focused on meeting the highest quality standards. I have polished efficient ability in daily reports redaction, being responsible for the press book editing, which had a national media relevance, successfully facing stressful scenarios. I managed to coordinate a large group of journalists and people, within and outside the Company, in order to mediate with national authorities involved.

After the completion of my M.A. in Philosophy, I started to collaborate with the Head Professor of the Aesthetic Department of La Sapienza University of Rome. Part of my tasks was running exam sessions on behalf of the Professor and supervising final essays. I also organised several meetings and academic conferences, being web-master account of the International Garroni Chair Association.
During this time, I have translated and edited two academic books:

I also wrote and published one scientific monograph:

I have been awarded with two scholarships to complete my studies at the Sorbonne University of Paris and at the École Pratique des Hautes Études, in Paris as well.
My last work, Davanti all'immagine, has been funded by the French CNL Centre National du Livre. 
A year abroad, during my master degree completion in France, and my extensive travelling experiences all over the world have offered me opportunities to adapt to new environments and different languages and cultures.
I have developed good knowledge of the educational field through my studies and in particular in completing my teaching assistant internship for the Philosophy Department of La Sapienza University of Rome. During this internship, I ran the exam sessions on behalf of the Professor of the Aesthetic Department of the University and I organised several international academics conferences, making sure to create the best environment for the academic debates. I have been translator and editor of two academic books and I also wrote and published an academic monograph. This experience gave me a great insight into the academic world. It also gave me confidence in my ability to communicate professionally and courteously and I gained experience in communicating with people at all levels in an organisation, while building strong relationships with partners.
